We have made the Wooden Penny our “go to” store, for design ideas and purchases of “just the right thing” for our cottage. Beyond the wonderful store, Wooden Penny has also supplied us with custom made furniture which is beautifully crafted.

The team from the Wooden Penny not only did a great design for our kitchen, but they completely handled the entire install. We simply came to the cottage one weekend and had a brand new kitchen. The quality and service has been exceptional. We are now working on other rooms!!

We fell in love with our future kitchen since the first time we seen the display model in Wooden Penny. The service we received from Will and Wooden Penny was one of the most seamless aspects of our new build. They were very timely and efficient but also took the time we needed to make sure we got the exact product we wanted. Will was very knowledgeable when it came to different features of the kitchen and provided exactly what we dreamed of. We cannot say enough amazing things about the price, service and quality we received, it was only two months later that we purchased our dining room table and chairs from them as well! I have been a patron of the Wooden Penny since its inception. I have purchased many interesting and unique items from furniture to candles and giftware in this wonderful store for a number of reasons. Firstly, everything is top quality and well set up in the store. They have a fabulous range of products suitable for every taste and wallet. Secondly, the people who own and those who work in the store are helpful, not pushy and have a flexible laid back style which I have found comfortable. I have ordered several custom products and have been thrilled with them. I must add that they are true to their target dates for delivery! I shall continue to visit Wooden Penny to find gifts and additional fun things for my home. Finally, I am impressed with the capacity of this small but classy little store to give back to our community by way of corporate sponsorship’s to fundraisers and product donations. (This counts for me!) In my view this is one of the very best stores in Huntsville so folks should make a point of dropping by!
